Welcome to the Kitlocker.com Kits of the Year 2023! (Part Two)🏆

We say this every year, but we reckon that 2023 has been our best so far for beautiful kits. And thanks to you guys for helping us to push the boundaries of kit design.

There were soooo many incredible kits shipped out of Kitlocker HQ this year that we’re having to do this in two parts. Here is part one, keep your eyes peeled for part two.

Feast your eyes 👇

Blazing Rag x Thornbridge Brewery

Early this year, we ran a competition in partnership with Thornbridge Brewery for a grassroots team to win a full set of Nike kits for their team, branded with their favourite Thornbridge beer. Not only that, the prize also included a free crate, every match for a whole year. Not bad eh?

Blazing Rag FC from the Hope Valley league were the lucky winners and opted for Jaipur as their beer of choice. The results speak for themselves 😍

Treeton CC

This season, Treeton CC have treated themselves to one of our Kitlocker Cricket T20 kits, and what a kit it is! A stylish geometric patterned design with a smart button down collar.

Boston United

We worked with Umbro on some sensational kits for our pro teams this summer. If you’ve seen an amazing Umbro kit pop up on your socials this season, then chances are that we had something to do with it.

The stunning design for Boston United’s away kit sold in record numbers, even attracting lots of orders from fans of other clubs. Which is always the sign of a top kit. There’s not much we can say about it that does it justice. So just drink it in 😍

Hot Goal Summer

There’s only one thing we enjoy more than great football kits here at Kitlocker.com, and that’s clever wordplay. This is a team that’s got both 👏

This LQBTQ+ friendly club, based in Liverpool, opted for the Nike Park shirt in Hyper Turq. This jersey has been one of our most popular over the last couple of summers and it’s easy to see why. And on top of that, the kit has been enhanced here by a brilliantly designed club logo, sleek sponsor print and a subtle all over pattern. An easy choice for Kits of the Year.

England Deaf Women’s Football

After a successful fundraising campaign which saw them receive generous donations from the likes of Gary Neville and Gary Lineker, the England Deaf Women’s Football team headed to Malaysia in September for the World Deaf Football Championships.

And they did so in a very special kit. They upgraded the Nike Academy Jersey with their own custom design for the home kit. Whilst their away kit is the ever popular Nike Park in Hyper Turq.

The team performed brilliantly in Kuala Lumpur, finishing in fourth place after being beaten in the semi-final by the eventual winners, USA.

Mousehole AFC

Cornish club Mousehole AFC not only have one of the best names in non-league (yes, we know it’s not pronounced like that), they also now have one of the best kits too. Although, they have stiff competition for that from within this article alone!

The hoops, the badge, the sponsor prints. All just executed perfectly on this Nike jersey 👌

Hackney Wick x Top Boy

This was the second Top Boy inspired Hackney Wick FC shirt that we’ve worked on in recent years and probably the best one yet.

The Nike shirt, which was designed by Labrum and produced by us, sent waves around social media and beyond after it’s unveiling in September.

The home and away shirts, which have been modelled expertly by the cast of Netflix’s Top Boy, are still available to purchase.

Keep your eyes peeled for Kits of the Year – Part 2 👀

So there are the first magnificent 7 from 2023’s Kits of the Year.

We’ll be dropping the second lot within the next couple of days, so keep an eyes on our socials!
