Welcome to Kitlocker.com’s Kits of the Month for August!
As you know, we make some absolutely beautiful kits here at Kitlocker HQ. And we reckon that it’s a crying shame most of you never get to see them. So we’re giving some of our favourites the attention they deserve on a monthly basis.
If your kit hasn’t been included please don’t be offended. It’s probably just because we didn’t get chance to take any snaps before shipping out your order. Send us some pics if you think we’ve missed a banger of a kit and we might feature it in the following month’s list.
August has been a bumper month for kits, as grassroots teams finalise their preparations for the new season. So let’s take a look at some of our favourites!
Seaton FC
Who had that badge first? Was it Barcelona, or Seaton FC? Who knows?
But we do know that the badge sits perfectly on the Workington based club’s new kit. They’ve completely transformed the Nike Park shirt by adding a tiger style #PowerUp print 🐯
Horndean FC
Hampshire club, Horndean FC have opted for a nice little Joma number for their home kit this season.
Sometimes when a base shirt is as well designed as this one, you don’t need to do much else with it. This is the prime example.
Fillongley CC
We keep telling you and you’ve got to listen after seeing this kit – We don’t just do banging football kits, we do cricket too!
The guys at Fillongley CC opted for a heron (we think) #PowerUp print which links in perfectly to their club crest.
Bure Park FC
Clearly we love everything about this kit. We made it. And the #PowerUp design on the Nike Park shirt is 🔥
BUT… can we please talk about that badge? So clean, so smart and expertly applied. New York City FC vibes all over it. We take our hats off to you Bure Park FC.
Newcastle Blue Star
Never mind Kits of the Month, this is up there with our favourite kits of the year for a number of reasons.
Firstly the combination of black and white stripes and that Blue Star print brings back memories of Newcastle United’s glory years (in terms of kits anyway). And as if that’s not enough, the shirt has prints raising awareness for great causes. With NHS on the sleeve and Bobby Robson Foundation on the back.
An all-round first class shirt. And you can buy it here.
Sheffield Medics RUFC
Nice to have representation from three different sports in this edition of Kits of the Month.
The new Sheffield Medics RUFC shirt perfectly showcases what Canterbury have to offer. Get in touch with our team at [email protected] if you’re after a bespoke rugby kit like this beauty.
Inter Ham FC
At first, we thought that this team’s name was some kind of pork based pun, but it turns out they are from Ham, Surrey. So it’s just their name.
Anyway, great name, great kit. Another team who have gone for the solid base of the Nike Park shirt. With an eye-catching central beam and a nicely styled crest, we’re really ‘Inter’ this one… anyone? No. Sorry 😔
